• If labels not feed, first, check it use direct thermal labels and install correct or not. Then, please try two methods for solve: (1). Restore factory Settings: Power off → Open the cover → Hold down the paper key → Power on Wait for about 15 seconds, the printer power light will restart → release the paper key → complete the operation. (2). Open the label printer tool(can download from the USB flash), connect the printer to test, label calibration → missing paper learning → automatic label learning.
